To empower care providers to achieve better outcomes, we are excited to announce the launch of our mobile app redesign which will be available in mid-March 2023. General Navigation
As a sneak peek, the screenshot below will give the user information about the upcoming visit. Caregivers can easily view client information on the summary card, such as Name, Date and time of visit, type of visit, address, special instructions, and new/updated risk tasks.
This screen will also offer more information including the ability to obtain directions, call the client, emergency contacts, access care provider notes, risk buttons containing additional information, visit notes, premiums, service tasks, and more.
In the preview shown above, Care Delivery brings together items that need to be actioned on at a visit. Care Management, on the other hand, contains mainly read-only type of supporting documentation.
Forms
The redesigned mobile app has also introduced a new screen that offers access to all forms in one location. This means users can access drafts, form history, pinned forms, or have the ability to add a new form from this screen. Please note that forms will also be accessible via the service task option.
Clocking In and Out
Some minor enhancements to Clock In/Clock Out will also be available in the early 2023 release. If a user has incomplete tasks or is already clocked into another visit, the Clock In/Clock Out button will now change to the "Manage Open Visits" button. Click on the button and users will be directed to complete their open visits efficiently.
What You Need to Know
Please note that there will be no changes to existing workflows. Our redesign focuses on optimizing user experience, offering improved efficiency, and productivity for your everyday use.
As part of these changes with new modern updates, speed, and performance, users must move to iOS 13 and Android OS 8 to run the redesigned version when it launches in early 2023.
Rest assured that we will provide early notice and detailed training resources via the AlayaCare Community, in-app notifications, and instructional articles on Zendesk. As always, our team is here to support you every step of the way.
