Once you have generated an invoice to send to a LHIN, you can adjust the filename as needed.
To begin, navigate to Accounting>Billing>Billing Cycle.
Next, click View on the Billing Period that contains the LHIN invoice you need.
Inside the Billing Period, click on the Invoices tab.
On the correct invoice, click the arrow on the View button and select Set Filename.
Enter the Filename Prefix you would like to add to your invoice and click Ok.
You will be able to see the filename when you hover over the Invoice # in the invoice list in Accounting>Billing>Invoices.
To edit the filename prefix, select Set Filename again, make your changes, and click Ok.
