Once you have set up Offline Mode on your mobile device, you can download the data you need to complete Visits so that it can be accessed without an internet connection.
Note that all data must be downloaded in Settings each time you go offline to ensure accurate Client and Visit information.
You can tell you are in Offline Mode when the top bar turns from blue to grey. Click on a Visit in your Schedule to continue.
Once your device is connected to the internet again, confirmation alerts will pop up to let you know that your offline actions - Clock In/Clock Out data, completed Daily Activities, submitted Reports, etc. - have been successfully uploaded to AlayaCare.
Note: Offline Mode must be enabled and configured at the system level for care workers in the field to use it.
