In order for your field workers to access their schedules and other information from the mobile app while offline, you must enable and configure Offline Mode at the system level.
Set the Feature Flag
In Settings > All Settings > Features, make sure the flag Offline Mode is toggled ON.
Configure Offline Mode
- Navigate to Settings > System Settings > Mobile Settings.
- Enable Offline Mode.
- Set the Session Length and Cached Data Window.
- Session Length (in Hours): set how long a session can remain open in the mobile app while in Offline Mode. The user will be prompted to sign in again once this period is elapsed. it is recommended to set this to the maximum shift length of your staff.

Cached Data Window (in Days): set how many days forward of data can be cached for use while in Offline Mode.
- Note that our system's defaults are created based on best case practices, but you can adjust them based on your organization's needs. Edit, and click Save.
