Visit and Recurrence
Release 131 will introduce Visit and Recurrence offers as a new feature in AlayaCare
Coordinator will be able to offer a visit or a recurrence to multiple employees (Zendesk Article)
These employees will be able view offers and send their response via the Android Care Worker application - iOS version coming soon (Zendesk Article).
Once responses are received, coordinators will be able to review them and assign interested employees to the offered visit or recurrence (Zendesk Article).
- The offer tab visibility is can be restricted depending of the user role thanks to the "Manage Visit Offers" ACL
- The default time of the Response Due Time can be set via Settings>System Settings>Scheduling>Default Offer Response Due Time (in Hours)
Visibility of the employee preview hover is now controlled by an ACL for Field portal and Admin portal roles.
See Settings>Roles & Permissions>Field Portal or Admin Portal roles>Employee: there is a new ACL called "View Employee Preview".
This ACL controls visibility of the Employee hover in the following places:
- in a visit dialogue;
- in the Employee List (See Employees>Employees);
- in Employee Finders (See visit dialogue>Edit>Find Employee);
- in a Patient's care team or in the Patient's list of experienced Employees (see Patient Profile>Scheduling).
Update to the ACL "Edit your own Reports".
See Settings>Roles & Permissions>Choose and Admin Portal Role>Workflow: With the ACL "Edit your own reports" checked, WITHOUT "Edit All Reports", the user should be able to edit a report that they created, but NOT any reports created by other users.
Reports are created in Patient Profile>Service Reports and can be viewed/edited in Patient Reports.
If the user does not have permission to edit the report, the Edit button at the top of the report will not appear.
PD-8214 - See Settings>Roles & Permissions>Choose and Admin Portal Role or Field Worker Role>Customer: The ACL "View Patient Schedule" was the only ACL controlling the visibility of the Schedule page in the Patient profile, but also granted visibility of visits across the system.
A new more specific ACL "View Client Schedule tab", can now give access to client schedules ONLY.
Any roles which previously had the ACL "View Patient Schedule" checked now also have the new "View Client Schedule tab" ACL checked.
See Settings>Roles & Permissions>Field portal or Admin portal Roles>Customer: the ACL View/Edit Associated Employees now controls visibility of the Care team and Experienced Employees in the following places:
- In the Patient Profile>Scheduling tab;
- In the Patients>Facilities>Choose a Facility>Employee Scheduling tab.
"Resubmit to billing" is now "Mark for resubmission".
For consistency, the two phrases "Resubmit to billing" and "Mark for resubmission" have been standardized to the latter throughout the application.
See for example Accounting>Billing>Billing Cycles>Choose a billing period and view Shifts:
Functionality does not change.
Added Notes Cube to Data Exploration
Field workers now have offline access to Client progress notes in the Android App.
After opening the client profile, the field worker should be able to see and add progress notes (and home care notes) to their clients while being offline.
If there is a "Note Types" filter, it will also be included. If the field worker has the permission to add multiple note types, the note type dropdown will also appear.
