Employees can accept and decline Visit Offers from the Care Worker Mobile App.
You will see if you have a new Offer if an orange dot appears on the burger menu.
An orange Offer tile will also appear in your Schedule for the day the Visit is scheduled. To view the Offer details, click on the burger menu and then select Offers.
Click on the Pending Offer.
Once inside the Offer, you can view more details about the Client's Risks, Service, and Location before deciding whether to accept or decline.
To accept the Offer, click the thumbs-up icon at the top of the screen. Click Accept to confirm your response.
The green thumbs-up icon will appear on the Offer page.
To decline the Offer, click the thumbs-down icon. Enter a reason for refusal and then click Decline.
A red thumbs-down icon will appear on the Offer page.
