Changed style and headers for RC (Staging), UAT, and Preview environments
As a Billing Admin, I can export a General Ledger with my subledger.
The name of the ledger in previous versions of the application has been more appropriately renamed Subledger. If you are in the habit of using this export, clicking Subledger in the type dropdown will generate it.
There is also now a General ledger option available. The General Ledger is generated with matching Subledger for easy reference during auditing.
When the file is done generating, the background job will display as FINISHED.
A button will appear in the Download column, with the options to download either the General Ledger or the companion subledger.
The General Ledger is exported according to Transaction Date - that is, the date stamps when the actual transactions were performed in the system.
The transactions for the date range exported are then summarized, account by account, according to the month of the Posting Date - that is, the date which was selected to post the transaction. The final date stamped on the summary line for the account will be the last day of the month.
In the example below, a total of 54 was debited to account 1060 and a total of 54 was credited to account 1080 during the month of August. Therefore, there is a line for each account with a date of August 31.
The Reference column gives a unique identifier for the file (not per line).
The purpose of the reference number is to search for the General ledger quickly in the table in order to export the accompanying subledger, in cases where review of specific transactions is necessary.
Remove Edit mode
The button Edit mode () has been removed from calendar views in the application.
To preview visit information, it is now necessary to give a single click on the visit tile. Click the More Details button to obtain the usual visit dialogue.
This change is valid for all calendar views in both the Administrator Portal and the Field portal:
- On the Admin Portal
- Client Daily Schedule
- Employee Daily Schedule
- Scheduling page in the Client profile
- Schedule page in the Employee profile
- Patient Scheduling in the Facility profile
- Employee Scheduling in the Facility profile
- On the Field Portal
- Day scheduling on the Home Page
- My Schedule page
Fixed issue with switching between mode day/week/month and swimlane
When a recurrence's service code was removed, it caused a glitch in schedule loading because the service code is a required value.
Switching between different modes in the Client calendar should now operate normally even if the service code has been removed from recurrences.
Fixes issue where "Vacant Recurrences" tab in Workforce Management was not displaying all the Vacant Recurrences in the system
See Schedules>Workforce Management>Vacant Recurrences.
All vacant recurrences now should appear.
"Service Overview" and "Service Dialog" can now use the Form Context to add custom fields to the service configuration
- Attributes added to the "General" section and "Patient" section of the Form Context will appear in the Service Overview and Service Dialog
- Attributes added to the "Address" section of the Form Context will appear if "Use Patient Address" on the Service Dialog is not checked
- Once the Form Context Attribute is added to one of those Attribute Groups, such as how "Food preferences" was added to "General," it can be enabled on the "Service" section of Form Context
- Then, the field "Food preferences" appears on the Service Overview and on the Service Dialog when a user goes to create or edit the service:
Fixed issue where Employee Finder listed "No Skills Required" when the service actually does have Required Skills
See Client Profile>Services>Edit a service. When Required Skills is checked, only employees with required skills can appear in the finder.
If Required Skills is not checked, then other employees can appear in the finder.
