In the home healthcare industry, the term caseload refers to the total number of patients managed by a particular health care professional or agency. On our app, a caseload refers to the number of clients an agency's employee is assigned to, or scheduled to. A caretaker who is assigned to a client is referred to as that client's associated employee.

Depending on your permission settings, you may be able to access and edit your employees' caseload.

When you log on to the web app as a caregiver, you will see your Caseload listed on the left side of your homepage.

Clicking on the Client's name will redirect you to your profile. You can also use the Type to Filter box to look for a specific Client
