Now, the saved premium will appear in the "Premiums" list and the Visit Premiums panel will show that there is one premium added to this visit:
Client Risks on Visit Offers
Care Workers using Visit Offers can now see risks associated to the prospective client. The risks are displayed on the Visit Offer, and Risk Details appear when the icon is tapped:
Service Instructions Warning
The new Service Instructions Warning feature implemented on the web with the December release will be available on Android devices. It mainly consists of a new type of warning. This feature is configurable in the web app on a tenant basis, via the System Configuration, in the Scheduling section.
When enabled, a Care Worker moving visits containing Service Instructions will trigger a visual warning as shown below. Moving a visit includes changing the date, time or duration. This feature is to warn users of specific details they should consider before moving a visit. A good example would be visits that require 2-person assist or husband & wife visits, where one employee shouldn't be moved without the other.
Note: This feature is not backwards compatible. This means older versions of the Android mobile app will not allow users to view or acknowledge this warning. They will simply get an generic error, preventing them from modifying visits with Service Instructions.
First Visit of a Service Warning
When creating or editing a visit, not respecting the first visit dates of the related service will now trigger warnings to be shown to the mobile user. To determine if this warning is shown, the system compares the date of the first visit scheduled for this service with one of two dates:
- Required First Visit Date.
If this field is set, scheduling the first visit after this date will display a warning below the start time field and trigger a warning popup upon submission. (see below)
- Date Service Required by.
If no "Required First Visit Date" is set, the system will revert to using the Funder "Service Required By Date". If set, scheduling first visit after the required first visit date will display a warning below the start time field and trigger a warning popup upon submission. (see below)
After viewing this warnings, you can still save and close visits which are in conflict with these dates. However, if you would like to track first visit date overrides of Care Workers, you can create reason codes in Accounting>Global Settings>Reason Codes.
Once you have created and enabled at least one reason code, mobile users will be prompted to select a reason code whenever you override. This field is mandatory.
