If a Service has a Required First Visit Date or a Date Service Required By, users will receive a warning when attempting to schedule a first Visit for Service that is later than the date indicated in the Latest Referral Info. Reason Codes can be created to keep track of whenever these warnings are overridden.
Creating Reason Codes
- Go to Accounting>Accounting Settings>Reason Codes.
- Click +Add Reason Code.
- Enter a Name and Description. Note that Reason Codes
- Click Create to enable the Reason Code.
To disable a Reason Code, click the arrow next to Edit and select Disable. Note that Reason Codes can be disabled and enabled, but they cannot be disabled.
