When trying to disable a cost centre in a branch, we received error message, "cost centre could not be disabled."

 

Answer

It is likely that the Cost Centre is still linked to the Client profile AC000xxxxxx.

 
Please re-assign the Cost Centre for the Client and let me know if you are still unable to disable the Cost Centre:

1. Go to Client AC000xxxxxx > Client info
2. In the Cost Centre field > select cost centre name (AB00000)
3. Save > refresh and ensure that the Cost Centre is updated.
4. You should be able to disable the Cost Centre.
