We decided to use a new service line when a patient is changing insurance. The patient ended AV service on mm/dd/yyyy and started Medicaid Service on mm/dd/yyyy.

Can the 2 visits on the same day that are highlighted be switched to the medicaid funder somehow on the back end?

Answer

This is not possible, we strongly recommend recreating the visits in order to bill to the correct funder.
