I am trying to configure Co-Payments in my staging account, and I can no longer select it in the drop down!
Answer
"If this feature is only enabled on Staging, it will disappear at the end of the day when the Staging environment refreshes with updated Production data. To continue testing, you will need to enable it again in Staging. Alternatively, if you enable it in Production, it will remain enabled in Staging after every refresh."
