Question
Clients AC00000000 and AC000000000 have their EVV location (the blue dot in visit verification) pulling the payer's location instead of the client's actual home address. This is causing exceptions for the caregivers even when they're at the client's home.
Can you update the EVV addresses / let me know how we can do that?

Edited the clients’ services and check the “Use Client’s Address” field – ensure that is correctly configured!
