Employee (ID 0000) used the mobile app to clock out today and the tasks did not match the plan of care. On MM/D1, employee had 19 tasks on the app and on MM/D2, employee only had 4 tasks on the app. Client's (ID 0000000) plan of care is correct in AlayaCare.
The employee who created the visit clicked on the 'Edit for visit' button located under Service Tasks.
Clicking on this button allows the user to remove tasks they don't want from the list in the Plan of Care.
