When trying to generate a care plan for client AlayaCare ID: AC00000000 the page "freezes" just stating "Loading" in the top. Not allowing for the care plan to be created with data.

Answer

The loading sign tends to stay longer than usual sometimes, but it should not prevent you from creating a care plan. Please submit a ticket if the issue persists for more than 2 hours.
