The Community Stats Report out of DE2 that I am running for Month 1 – Month2 1 is not including any sites names A-C.

Interestingly enough when I run the report from A-Z it is missing the last sites after Happyville and when I run the report z-A I am missing until Sadwater. Not sure if there is a rule in place with my access and other staff's access but both of us get the same results.

 

Answer

We can confirm that both you and Cindy both have System Administrator Roles and should be able to see all the Facility Names in the report.
 
When we sorted the report by Ascending Order via the Facility Name column, we can see that it ends at PSL Summerville Pines sites. When we sorted by Descending Order, the report ends at Credit River sites (see attached screenshots titled "Sort" and "Sort 2" for reference). This is due to the row limit being reached, causing the results to be incomplete.
 
We recommend changing the row limit on the report from 500 to 5000 (max limit of rows) so you can pull the complete results (see attached screenshot titled "Row Limit" for reference).
 
Also, when downloading the report we recommend selecting "All Results" or "Custom" under the "Number of rows and columns to include" section to pull the complete results (see attached screenshot titled "Download" for reference).
 
Please try changing the row limit of the report on your end and advised if you can pull all the Facilities Names. If you're still experiencing the issue, please provide us with a full screenshot of the report and what you're seeing on your end.
