How do I edit the date and time of my Visit on mobile?

You can edit the date and time of a Visit in your schedule from the mobile app.

To edit a Visit directly from your schedule, click on the three dots in the top right corner of the Visit tile and select Edit. 

 

Alternatively, tap to open the Visit and then tap the three dots next to the Visit time. Next, select Edit. 

In the Edit screen, tap the Start Time field to change the date and time of the Visit. 

If you need to change the length of the Visit from the duration set on the Service Code, uncheck the Use Service Duration box. You will now be able to adjust the End Time of the Visit. 

When you have finished adjusting the time and date, tap Save to confirm your changes.
