How do I view my Client's Care Plan?

Step 1: Once you are within the visit, swipe left on the screen to navigate to the Care Plan tab and review the latest Care Plan infomation

Step 2: To complete an item on the Care Plan, click the check box beside the applicable item

A confirmation notification will appear and the item will be checked and time-stamped

Note: You must be clocked in to complete an item. To edit or add an item, please access the Care Plan from your browser and not the mobile app.
