On mobile, you can review and resolve all tasks assigned to you by going to the Tasks tab under the main menu.
Required permissions: Field workers must have the View employee tasks ACL to access their assigned tasks on the mobile app.
View and resolve tasks
Tasks of all types appear in a single list in the mobile app. Note that the experience on your device may differ slightly from what is shown in the images depending on whether you are using an Android or iOS (Apple) device.
If you have open tasks, the orange indicator on the menu symbol will appear to notify you that you have tasks to resolve. Tap the menu icon.
The orange indicator will display the number of open Tasks you have. Tap Tasks to view your open tasks.
The list will be filtered by default to open tasks only.
Click the filter icon to filter for tasks in other statuses.
Tap the task in your list of open tasks you wish to complete. You will then be able to review details about the task, including its priority, due date, and whether there is an assigned client associated with the task.
If there is a form attached to the task for you to fill out, Fill Report will appear in blue. Click Fill Report to complete the form.
Complete the required fields in the form and then tap Submit.
You must confirm that you wish to close and complete the task when submitting the form.
If there is no form attached to the task, Fill Report will be greyed out. Tap Close when you are ready to mark the task as complete or tap Reject to reject the task.
When a task is closed and complete, you will receive a notification at the bottom of your screen that the task is complete.
Accessing tasks through a client visit
Required permissions: field workers must have the View client tasks ACL to access the client's tasks through the Service Tasks tab on the mobile app.
From a visit, go to the Service Tasks tab and tap Client Tasks. Any Tasks assigned to you related to the Client will be listed here.
