On mobile, you can either view a complete list of all your Tasks, or view your Tasks for a specific Client through their Visit in your Schedule.
Required permissions: field workers must have the view employee tasks ACL to access their assigned tasks on the mobile app.
List of All Tasks
General Tasks, Form Attached Tasks, and Event Tasks appear in a single list in the mobile app.
- The orange indicator on the hamburger symbol will notify you that you have open Tasks.
- Open the hamburger menu to view the Tasks option, where the orange indicator now displays the number of open Tasks.
- Tap on Tasks to view the entire list.
Accessing Tasks through a Visit
Required permissions: field workers must have the view client tasks ACL to access the client's tasks through the Service Tasks tab on the mobile app.
- From the Visit, go to the Service Tasks tab, then tap Client Tasks. Any Tasks assigned to you related to the Client will be listed here.
