Before you start, please make sure your mobile device meets the these minimum requirements.
To log in to the Care Worker Mobile App, locate the icon for the AlayaCare app on your mobile phone and tap to open.
Enter your email and password and tap Login with AlayaCare.
If you experience issues logging in, follow the troubleshooting steps below:
- Check to ensure that you have the right server name entered for your organization by tapping Incorrect Server Name? on the login screen. The server name will be yourorganizationname.alayacare.ca or yourorganizationname.alayacare.com depending on your region.
- Make sure you have entered your email without any extra spaces or spelling errors.
- Make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the mobile application. To update the application, follow these instructions.
- If you don't have a data plan, make sure you are connected to the internet or have successfully enabled Offline Mode. Learn more about Offline Mode.
If you continue to have trouble logging in after completing these steps, contact your system administrator.
