A Visit can be put On Hold on mobile as well as the web app. Once a Visit is On Hold, you will not be able to clock in to it.
Putting a Visit On Hold on Mobile
1. Within the Info tab, click on the three dots (⋮) next to the Visit time and select Hold.
2. Next, select an applicable Hold Reason.
Click OK to confirm that the Visit will be put On Hold.
3. The Visit will now appear grey with the cancelled icon in your Schedule.
