How do I review my Client's Vitals?

Care providers can review past recordings of Clients' Vitals as well as record new Vital readings from the mobile app.

Once you have opened a Visit from your Schedule, swipe left on the screen to the Vitals tab.

From the Vitals tab, you will see a list of Vitals that can be captured for the Client. Click on a type of Vital to view past readings. 

Click on a specific reading to view more details. 

You can also click on the  chart icon to view a history of the latest Vital readings on a graph.
