How do I view/add/edit Wound Care Profiles or Treatments on mobile?

The Wound Care tab on mobile allows you to create Wound Profiles for Clients that have wounds that require clinical monitoring and treatment. Once you have added a Wound for the Client, care providers can add Treatments for the Wound during Visits

View Wound Profiles

  1. In a Visit, swipe left to Wound Care.



  2. The listed Wound Profiles appear with their status (either New or Recurrent). Only active wounds appear.



  3. Tap on a Wound Profile to view more details.




  4. Wound Treatments will display:
    1. Date and time of administration.
    2. User who administered the Wound Treatment.
    3. Percentage of healing (where applicable).
    4. Latest wound measurement (where applicable).

  5. Select a Wound Treatment to see additional information.

Add a Wound Profile

  1. In Wound Care, tap 



  2. In the resulting screen, fill in wound details.

    warning.jpg All fields with an asterisk (*) must be completed for your Wound profile to be saved. Notice that the Clock Diagram is not a mandatory field but the location drawing is.



  3. Tap the Clock Diagram and Location Drawing to complete them.

  4. When in the Clock Diagram or Location Drawing, draw on the screen to fill them in and then tap Done.

    Clear: clear the screen of your previous attempt and start over.

    Red (Blue): toggle between the drawing colours blue and red.

Edit a Wound Profile

Select the  icon for a Wound Profile.


View Wound Treatments

  1. In a Wound Profile, tap Wound Treatments.


  2. Previous Wound Treatments will display:
    1. Date and Time of administration.
    2. User who administered the Wound Treatment
    3. Percentage of healing. 
    4. Latest wound measurement (where applicable).

Add a Wound Treatment

  1. In Wound Treatments, tap  .



  2. In the resulting screen, fill out relevant fields.



  3. Submit. The treatment will be stamped with your name and the date and time of entry.
