How do I view my Facility Visit?

A Facility Visit appears on a care worker's schedule in the mobile app just like other types of Visits with Clients.  

1. Open the Schedule to view the Facility Visit

The Facility name will appear on the schedule tile instead of the Client name. 

2. Tap the Facility Schedule Tile For More Information about the Visit

Once inside the Facility Visit, you can clock in to the Visit, get directions to the Facility and access Emergency Contacts. You can also view the following information:

• Visit date and time
• Visit address
• Any special instructions regarding the Visit
• A list of Clients to be treated at the Facility 
• Service Information
