When Clients are scheduled for treatment at a Facility, the visit will initially appear as a vacant visit. The Care Worker must then assign themselves to the visit to indicate they are treating the client.
Step 1. Tap the scheduled Client Visit in the Schedule View
By tapping the Client Visit, this will open up a new screen that provides visit details for that Client.
Step 2. Tap the 3 dots located left of the Visit Time and choose 'Assign'
Click 'Ok' to assign yourself to a visit. You will recieve a confirmation pop-up indicating the assignment was confirmed, and you can now clock-in to the visit. The schedule will now update with the Client visit changed from Red (Vacant) to Blue (Assigned), shown in the image below.
