Care Workers can use the Facility Scheduling functionality in the Care Worker mobile app to clock in and out of visits at a Facility, where no specific schedule has been created, and/or the Care Worker has not been assigned to a specific client visit.
Step 1. Tap the Facility visit on the Schedule screen
Step 2. Tap the '>' on the Clients field to access a list of Clients to be treated at the Facility
Step 3. Tap on the scheduled Client visit to access Client visit information and Clock in
Once viewing the client profile, the Care Worker will be able to assign him/herself to the visit, and proceed to clock-in to the Client, indicating that he/she is treating that Client.
After tapping 'Ok' when asked to assign oneself to a visit, the header with the Client's name will switch from Blue to Green, and the green clock will now appear grey, and a red clock now available for the Care Worker to clock out when the visit is done.
Success! The visit has been clock-in to and the Care Worker can now continue with the documentation.
