Once you have clicked through the Issue Resolution section of the Billing Period and generated an invoice to send to the LHIN, you can export the invoice and review the file before sending it to the LHIN.
There are two ways to view the billing file:
- From the Invoices tab in Accounting>Billing.
- From inside the Billing Period in which the invoice was created.
Export a Billing File from the Invoices List in the Accounting Menu
Go to Accounting>Billing>Invoices and click View (or the invoice number) on the invoice you would like to view.
Click the Export button.
Select the Type and Format you would like to view the file in. Uncheck Mark invoice(s) as Sent if you wish to continue being able to modify the file if necessary. Then click Export to download the file to your computer.
Export the File from the Billing Period
To export the file from the Billing Period, go to Accounting>Billing>Billing Cycle and click View (or the Billing Period date range) on the Billing Period that contains the invoice you wish to view.

Next, click the Invoices tab and click the arrow on the View button to select Export.
(Alternatively, you can click View to open the invoice screen and then click the Export button as shown in the steps above.)
In the resulting dialogue, select the Type and Format you would like to view the file in. Uncheck Mark invoice(s) as Sent if you wish to keep being able to modify the file if necessary. Then click Export to download the file to your computer.
