Once you've clicked through "Issue Resolution" section of the billing period, have generated an invoice, and believed the invoice is ready to send to the LHIN, click the action menu next to the invoice you want to send. If you want to review the information before you send it, you can click Export and view a CSV version of the file that will be sent to the LHIN.
There are two ways to view the billing file:
From the Accounting Dashboard > Invoices, you can filter to the invoice that you'd like to review before sending to the LHIN. Once you find the invoice, click 'View' > 'Export > Invoice - CCAC > CSV, then click 'Export' and a CSV file will download in your browser.
Another way to view the billing file is from within the Bill Period in which the file was created. In the Bill Period (Billing > Billing Cycle > View), Users can access the billing file (invoice) by clicking on the Invoice tab > View > Export > Invoice - CCAC.
By clicking 'Export' > 'Invoice - CCAC > CSV, this will export a CSV file that can be viewed in Microsoft Excel, displaying all billing information that will be sent to the LHIN.
If you're ready to go ahead, you can click Send Export to CCAC directly.
