Offers and Referrals (New Referrals, Updates) are sent to AlayaCare from the CCAC CHRIS system (HPG), where Users are notified via KPIs.
Three KPIs exist on the AlayaCare dashboard relating specifically to CCAC Offer/Referrals:
- Pending Offers: The total number of offers that are waiting for Acceptance/Rejecting
- Refused Offers: The total number of offers that have been refused, either by (1) Manual refusal; or (2) Missed acceptance (within the allotted timeframe)
- Pending Referrals: Number of accepted Offers and/or Service Updates (includes Frequency updates) waiting to be processed
