A User will know that an Offer is in the cue based on the KPI 'Pending Offers', on the main dashboard. If the KPI box appears red with a count greater than 1, then an Offer has been sent by the LHIN. In the example below, the Agency has 31 Offers waiting to be Accepted or Rejected.
Step 1. Click on the 'Pending Offers' KPI to access LHIN Offers
Clicking the KPI will open a new screen called 'Offers', which will display all offers that have been sent by the LHIN.
Within the Offers tab, Users will be able to filter by the following:
- Status (Accepted, Rejected, Posted)
- Referral Source (LHIN)
- Service Type (ie. Nursing, Physiotherapy, Personal Support & Homemaking, etc.)
- Delivery Code (Home, Clinic, etc.)
Step 2. Click 'Accept' or 'Reject' for Offers that have been posted by the LHIN
Once an Offer has been Accepted, the Offer will then move into the 'Referrals' screen for further processing by the Agency. The 'Posted' status will then change to 'Accepted' or 'Rejected', depending on what the User has clicked.
