After sending an invoice to a HCCSS provider, the invoice line in the Billing Period will be updated with the date and time the file was Last Sent to Funder.
To check the last time an invoice was sent, go to Accounting>Billing>Billing Cycle and click on the Billing Period that contains the correct HCCSS invoice.
Once inside the Billing Period, select the Invoices tab to check the date and time in the Last Sent to Funder field.
After it has been sent, the invoice will no longer be able to modified as the system is required to preserve the exact invoice that was submitted to the HCCSS. Any newly approved Visits or resubmits must be submitted in a separate new invoice.
