After sending an invoice to a LHIN provider, the invoice line in the Billing Period will be updated with the date and time the file was Last Sent to Funder.
To check the last time an invoice was sent, go to Accounting>Billing>Billing Cycle and click on the Billing Period that contains the correct LHIN invoice.
Once inside the Billing Period, select the Invoices tab to check the date and time in the Last Sent to Funder field.
After it has been sent to the LHIN, the invoice will no longer be able to modified as the system is required to preserve the exact invoice that was submitted to the LHIN. Any newly approved Visits or resubmits must be submitted in a separate new invoice.
