Step 1: Access Employee Skills and Qualifications through Employee Profile
Within the 'Skills & Qualifications' tab, you can sort all skills by skill category.
Step 2: Edit an employee's Skills & Qualifications
Employee skills can vary between 'hard' skills, such as licenses, permits, education, etc., or 'soft' skills, such as those related to the Employee's characteristics and attributes.
Step 3: Edit fields within a specific Skill and/or Qualification such as date, comments, etc. and Save
Depending on the Skill/Qualification, there can be Date and/or Text fields modified and/or edited for each.
