Once a Visit has been scheduled, you can review the details of the Visit, including codes, funding information, notes, Premiums, and Time Approval. The easiest way to review Visit details is by opening the Visit dialogue from any scheduling view.
To begin, navigate to a Scheduling page and click on the Visit you wish to review. Select More Details to open the Visit dialogue.
Once you have opened the Visit, you will see the following tabs listed along the left edge of the dialogue box:
The default tab when opening the dialogue, the Information tab displays essential information about the Visit, including the Visit number, Client, Employee, Service Code, Funder, Bill Code, Pay Code, Date, and Time. To make changes to this information, click the Edit tab.
From here, you can click to cancel, copy, delete, or put on Hold the Visit or Recurrence. Click Replace to change the Employee associated with the Visit.
To review changes to the Visit, click View Revisions. This will open a new dialogue where various edits made to the Visit are tracked, along with a date- and timestamp and the name of the coordinator who made the change. The Revisions dialogue contains the complete history of the Visit. After 30 records, you will need to move to the next page in the dialogue to see farther back into the Visit history.

In this tab, you can make changes to certain Visit details, including the Service Code, Employee, Start and End Time, and Required Skills. Click Update Visit to save your changes.
If the Visit is vacant, you can use this page to offer the Visit or Recurrence eligible Employees and assign the Visit once you have received a positive response to your Offer.

This tab shows any Daily Activities (ADLs) to be completed during this Visit.
Navigate to this tab to view any Visit Notes that have been added or to add your own note.
Time ApprovalThis tab can be used for approving Visits and overriding the rate set on the Bill Code or Pay Code if necessary.
Use this tab to view Premiums attached to the Visit and add Premiums as needed.
This tab can be used if you need to add custom fields to the Client's invoices.
