Step 3: Click on the blue drop down bar and select the appropriate service status. Select Ok to save.
Step 4. If selecting the On-Hold status, an Effective Date and Reason are required. Also provide an End Date if possible. Then Select Ok.
It is important to note that both the Effective Date and Reason are required fields. The End Date is not required but if not set the On-Hold will be set indefinitely. Also note that an exact time of when a hold begins on a effective date and end date may be set.
