How do I set/edit contact information on an invoice?

The contact information for an invoice comes from the Funder of the Service(s) included in the invoice.

In the case of a Funder-Individual or Funder-Batched invoice, contact information comes from the Funder profile.

When a Funder is created by going to Accounting>Accounting Settings>Funders, some or all of the fields shown below may be available, depending on what has been configured in Form Context.

However, only the following fields will appear on the invoice:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Address
  • Address Line 2
  • City
  • State (Province)
  • Postal Code

In the case of a Client-Individual invoice, contact information will come from the profile of the Billing Contact set on the Service.

The same fields will appear on the invoice, this time sourced from the Client's Billing Contact:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Address
  • Address Line 2
  • City
  • State (Province)
  • Postal Code
