When a Service is created and assigned to an Employee, the Client's home address (as specified in Client Demographics) will be automatically set as the location of the Service unless another address is entered when creating the Service.
You can change the address where a Service should take place by editing the Service from the Client's profile.
- From the Client's profile, navigate to the Services tab and select the desired Service.
- Click Edit Service.
- In the resulting dialogue, uncheck Use Client Address.
- Enter the necessary details in the resulting fields and click Save. The new address will now be used when scheduling Visits for the Service.
