How do I review the event log for a client?

The Events tab allows you to review activities and updates to the client's profile. The types of security events that are documented in the log include:

  • Changes in service information and/or status
  • Changes in visit information
  • Printing client charts
  • Deleted visits
  • When a client profile is viewed

To view the event log, open the client's profile by searching for the client in the global search bar or clicking on their name in the All Clients List

Select the Events tab. From here, you can review the event log for the client.

Recent events will be listed by date and time Created at, the employee it was Created by, Event type (Patient Visit Changed, Visit Deleted, Print Patient Chart, Clinical Event, or Client Profile Viewed), and additional Details related to the event Click the hyperlink in the Created by field to access the profile of the employee who triggered the event. 

Click the filter_icon_lists.png icon to filter the list by Date range and Event type.

All Events that were logged after the launch of the new events system in the March 5 release will be available in the new user interface. If you require information about events that occurred before the March release, you must contact AlayaCare to obtain this information.
