Add client risks for care workers to view prior to their visits.
Step 1: At the bottom of a Client's profile, select the Risk Assessment tab
Step 2: Add or delete a Risk
Step 3: Categorize the Risk, Name it and rank its Severity from 1-5
Severity is ranked from 1-5, with 5 being the most severe
Risks with a severity level of 5 will be considered [High Risk Alert] items and will appear in red.
Step 4: Re-order Risks using the adjacent arrows
Step 5: Save any changes made
These risks will now be present to care workers in the field
