For all employee management functions in AlayaCare, ranging from the onboarding and hiring process, skills management for employee-client matching, monitoring credentials. Additional information on configuring key calendar dates is also provided.
Once a new employee is added to the system, you can populate general employee information, while also assigning roles and permissions, granting employees access to view certain features and information in the software.
You can also adjust and populate employee demographic information within the employee profile. From the demographics tab, an Employee's Status can also be adjusted.
If an employee status is set to other than "active", it is not possible to create new visits or recurrences for that employee. Non-active employees are also not displayed in the right panel of the client schedule:
The employee profile contains all important information related to scheduling, skills & qualifications, time and attendance, contact information, and employee tracking.
View Expiring Skills and Qualifications for Employees:
Based on dates selected when skills/qualifications are created (view above), staff will be able to view when certain skills and/or qualifications are set to expire. If a skills/qualification is updated (ie. the employee has renewed the skill), the information can be reflected in the skill details.
