Color Coding within Schedules

The colors used in the Scheduling views can provide insight into the status of the Visits.

  • Red (vacant_color.png): a Vacant Visit; no Employee or Facility was ever assigned to the Visit.
  • Light Grey (Screenshot 2025-02-26 at 3.28.01 PM.png): the Visit has either been put On Hold or cancelled.
  • Dark Grey (Screenshot 2025-02-26 at 3.29.23 PM.png): the Visit has been cancelled.
  • Orange (offered_color.png): the Visit has been offered out to one or more Employees. Learn more about Visit Offers
  • Blue (scheduled_visit_color.png): an upcoming Scheduled Visit.
  • Light green (clocked_visit_color.png): someone has clocked in to the Visit; an open work session is in progress.
  • Purple (late_visit_color.png): indicates a Late Visit, when it is not clocked in by the visit start time. This is not impacted by the late threshold set on the Service Code. Once clocked in, the late visit will either goes into light green for clocked, or yellow for missed.
  • Dark blue (completed_visit_color.png): the work session for the Visit has been completed.
  • Yellow (missed_visit_color.png): indicates a Missed Visit; the Visit End Time passed without a work session.
  • Dark green approved_visit_color.png): the Visit has been Approved.
