The Replace button allows you to change the Employee originally assigned to the Visit and select a new Employee for the assignment.
To begin, click on the Visit you wish to edit from a schedule page. Then select More details.
Check/uncheck the criteria to use for filtering possible Employees to assign to the Visit. When you're ready to make a section, click Choose.
Enter any comments you wish to include with the replacement and then click Save.
The new Employee will now be assigned to the Visit.
