How do I log calls or activity for replacing a Visit?

When replacing an Employee scheduled to a Visit, you have the ability to log calls to potential replacements and record their responses in AlayaCare. 

After navigating to the Visit and selecting Replace, you will see a filtered list of Employees to choose from.

To log calls or correspondence with an Employee on the list, click Log Activity for that Employee

Click the +Log Activity button to add log activity for the Employee

Select a Response (Yes, Unavailable, Refused, No Response, Thinking about it) from the dropdown and enter any notes you wish to include in the Comments field.

Click Save.

 
To view logged activity for other Employees in the list, hover over the Employee's Recent Responses
