Tasks in AlayaCare can be either General or Dispatchable. The main difference between these types of Tasks is that Dispatchable Tasks involve completing a report while General Tasks do not.
You should assign a General Task to an Employee when the Task does not involve completing a specific report in Alayacare.
To do so, select General as the Task Type when creating a new Task.
Dispatchable Task is a type of report that is assigned as a Task. When adding a new Task, you will select the name of the report as the Task Type.
To make a report a Dispatchable Task, go to Settings>Report Settings and click Edit on the report you wish to configure.
