Sometimes a back-office Employee may need to help care providers in the field clock out, for example if the field worker is having technical difficulties. In these situations, you can use the web app to clock care workers out from Visits that should have already ended.
If you need to identify which Visits have not been clocked out of yet, click Summary Reports from your homepage.
From this screen, you can check whether any End Times are marked Open, meaning that the Visit has not been clocked out of.
You can also see if a specific Client has any Visits with Open End Times by going to Client Reports>Visit Reports on the Client's profile.
After clicking the green Visit tile, click More Details to open the Visit Dialogue. Then click Clock Out.
