For Clients receiving treatment in a clinic and/or group setting at a Facility, scheduling can be done through Facility scheduling, rather than Community scheduling.
Step 1: Add a Facility Recurrence to the Service that is to be provided in a Facility environment
In the example above, Client Dahlia Smithson is to attend a Falls and Prevention Class at a Retirement Home on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, where there are 0/3 spots still available for the class.
To review the clients scheduled for a visit at the Facility, navigate to the Facility profile > Patient Scheduling. Client visits will appear red (Vacant), until an Employee assigns themselves to the visit on their mobile device schedule (Refer to Care Worker Mobile section for more information).
