Step 1: Based on the type of report you are building, select the applicable "Cube".
Please refer to the "What are Cubes?" article for more information around the definition of each Cube.
Step 2: Once you select the applicable "Cube", select the specific years of data you would like to include by setting up your "Year Filter" (NOTE: It is VERY important that you use date filters in a HIERARCHICAL order, that is, from biggest to smallest: Year, Month, Day). If you try to select "Visit Start Month" before "Visit Start Year" you will see more than one March value in the list and not know which is correct.
Within the fields available, search for "Year" in the filter field.
a) Drag and drop the "Visit Start Year" into the Filters header

b) A window will open that will allow you to set up your "Year Filter".

- Choose a commonly used time period - this will allow you to quickly select the current, previous or future year(s)
- Select from a list - this will allow you to drag and drop the applicable years over
- Select a range - this will allow you to set up a specific year range
c) Once you have set-up your Year Filter, you can review it under the Filter tab.

Step 3: Once you have set-up your "Year Filter", select the specific months of data you would like to include by adding in a "Month Filter." (Note: Never use the "Visit Start Month" to filter for specific days using the "Select from date picker". This filter is unable to accept day inputs and will include the entire month even if a day is selected.) To create reports for a month regardless of year, use the variable "Visit Start Month All". Selecting a month here will include all visits occurring in that month, including all years.

Within the fields available, search for "Year" in the filter field.
Repeat sub-steps a) to c) to set up your "Month Filter"
If you would like to also set-up a "Day Filter", follow the same steps as above.
Step 4: Once you have filtered the data for your applicable dates, it is time to choose the items and measures you would like to report on.

There are various measures in each cube that you have the ability to report on.
a) Select the items you would like to report on by dragging and dropping them into the "Rows" or "Columns" field depending on how you would like the data to display.

b) Select the measures you would like to report on by dragging and dropping them into the "Measures" field.

c) You can further filter these items and measures based on the data you would like to review, see example below:

Step 5: Once you have reviewed and finalized the report, you can save it by selecting the "Save" button. This report will now be available under the "Agency Reports" tab.
