You can copy either a single Visit or an entire Recurrence to avoid reentering the same information and save time while scheduling.
To begin, navigate to a Scheduling page and find the Visit you would like to copy. You can create, delete, edit and copy Visits from a Client or Employee's Schedule, Client Scheduling or Employee Scheduling on a Facility profile, or your Client Daily Schedule or Employee Daily Schedule.
Click on the Visit you wish to copy and then click More Details.
Click the Copy button at the top of the Visit dialogue.
If the Visit is part of a Recurrence you will be asked if you want to copy only this Visit or all future Visits. Select Copy all future Visits if you wish to copy the entire Recurrence.
After clicking Confirm, the New Client Visit (or New Facility Visit) dialogue will open with all of the information from the copied Visit already entered in the relevant fields. Edit the Visit details as needed and then click Create Visit.
